JeffreyI agree. I have worked in 6 ER’s in Louisiana the last 5 years with top salary $220/hr and mean of $165/hr, so I do not see how the AVERAGE rate can be $225/ hr.

JoeRead what it says.. It includes RVUs, bonuses, and $30,000 to represent an average benefits package. The hourly rate listed is going to be higher than your outright hourly rate.
