Last year’s easy-access layout of the ACEP annual meeting’s Research Forum was a smash hit. We’ve brought it back better than ever for ACEP17. This year’s electronic showcase continues to be integrated throughout the ACEP annual meeting. Research Forum abstracts will be available to view near the course rooms (all on one floor) to enhance your learning experience. View and discuss original research that will impact your daily practice on the topics and issues that matter most to you and your patients.

New for ACEP17!
GE Healthcare and the Emergency Medicine Foundation have partnered on a global initiative to support research in breakthrough applications of point-of-care ultrasound: first, among patients in shock and/or trauma and, second, in innovation in the use of ventilator technology. Grants of $50,000 (plus equipment) will be provided to four researchers. ACEP members can vote for their favorite research project. The winner will earn an additional $150,000 grant to expand the scope of their project.
At ACEP17, you can listen to the researchers describe their projects through online videos and in-person presentations at the Research Forum Luncheon and section meetings. Your vote can influence the advancement of emergency medicine research.
And best of all, access to the Research Forum is included with your ACEP17 registration! Click here for more information.
