Charles L. Maddow, MDCouldn’t agree more about the importance of having, cultivating, and protecting your brand. Having one brings a unique individual to the patient, and cultivating and protecting your brand lets you grow and keeps you happy in your environment. My mentors that helped me discover, mature, and make sure my brand was ok in my setting (and help me see if it was no longer welcome) are the most influential for me and my career.
