ACEP and the American Board of Emergency Medicine have convened a quality measures technical expert panel to assess opportunities for the development of evidence-based performance measures for ACEP’s Clinical Emergency Data Registry. The expert panel proposes a set of registry measures to promote the highest quality of emergency care, with a focus on sepsis management and efficiency of care in the emergency department.

The four-week comment period closes at 5 p.m. (CST) on Friday, Aug. 21.
